Other Reasons to Choose our House Builders

High-Quality Workmanship That Protects Your Investment: Unfortunately, many homeowners discover too late that choosing the cheapest quote can lead to poor workmanship, delays, and costly repairs. However, at Sherratt Builders, we focus on getting the job done properly the first time. Using skilled tradespeople and proven building methods that help ensure your home stands the test of time.
Transparent Pricing with No Hidden Surprises: One of the biggest concerns during any new build project is unexpected costs. Which is why we believe in complete transparency from day one. Providing fully costed quotes alongside a clear contract and structured stage payment schedule. Giving you far greater control over your finances and allows you to plan your project with confidence.
Faster, More Efficient Construction: Delays can quickly turn an exciting new build project into a frustrating experience. Thankfully, our experienced team works efficiently to keep projects moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Minimising downtime between trades and reducing unnecessary disruption. Resulting in a smoother construction process that helps you move into your new home sooner.

So, no matter the scale of your project, our house builders bring the same commitment to quality workmanship, clear communication, and reliable service.

How our House Builders Deliver Your New Build Project

When you choose Sherratt Builders for your new build home, you are not simply hiring house builders. Instead, you are partnering with an experienced team that can manage the entire project on your behalf.

How We Build Your New Home

Initial Consultation & Site Discussion: We begin by discussing your plans, ideas, budget, and expectations in detail. Allowing us to fully understand your vision and provide practical advice based on our experience with new build projects.
Reviewing Planning Permission & Specifications: Once planning permission is approved, we carefully assess the architectural drawings and project specifications. Helping to ensure every aspect of the build is planned correctly before construction begins. Reducing the risk of delays or unexpected issues later.
Providing a Fully Costed Quote: Transparency is incredibly important to us. Which is why we provide a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work, projected costs, and stage payment schedule. Giving you complete clarity before the project starts.
Coordinating Trades & Managing Construction: As Principal Contractor, we organise trusted subcontractors and oversee every stage of the build. From groundwork and foundations through to structural construction and finishing work, we carefully manage the entire process to maintain quality and efficiency throughout.
Delivering Your Finished Home: Our goal is to deliver a finished home you can feel genuinely proud of. Completing projects with meticulous attention to detail. Ensuring your property is ready for you to enjoy for many years to come.

Ultimately, this means you avoid the hassle of juggling multiple tradespeople yourself. Instead, you benefit from a streamlined project where everything is organised efficiently and professionally by our expert house builders.
