Heat Loss
Eight out of ten homes have serious, undetected thermal inefficiencies (heat loss) that are able to be quickly and easily corrected, all from being scanned with infrared camera technology. Thermal images allow us to acquire and analyse problem heat loss areas, identifying where energy savings could be made. Thermal Imaging surveys are being used regularly by those in the building industry to validate the building performance of domestic and commercial buildings. As utility costs rise, a thermal imagery survey, and the building work resulting from this, helps to reduce costs from heat loss.
A thermal imaging heat loss survey is an unobtrusive, efficient method of identifying areas such as heat loss, air leakage or moisture intrusion. A full report of the thermal imaging survey will be presented to the client within 72 hours, and will include a summary of all of our findings.
